1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration and Security

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and AI-generated outputs provided through the Services are owned by AI Education Academy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business or educational purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; (b) interfere with system integrity or security; (c) upload malicious code or bulk spam; (d) attempt to access non-public areas of the Site; or (e) use AI outputs in ways that violate third-party rights or applicable laws (e.g., copyright, defamation, data privacy). 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Education Academy disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six months. 7. Termination

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Education Academy regarding the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance.
